Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All our neon signs are handcrafted to order to ensure the highest quality.

  • Standard Designs: Processed and ready for shipment within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom/Bespoke Designs: Please allow 7–10 business days for production, as these require detailed design and craftsmanship.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Hangzhou. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions (volumetric weight), and destination of your order.

3. International Taxes, Duties, and Fees

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as determined by their local customs office. These charges vary by country and are not collected or controlled by ByteSparky.

If you require specific documentation for customs (such as a Certificate of Origin), please contact us before the shipment leaves our facility.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey through our website or the carrier’s portal (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS).

5. Damaged Shipments

We take extra care in packaging our signs using high-density EPE foam and reinforced cartons. However, if your sign arrives damaged during transit:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and the external packaging/shipping label.

  3. We will prioritize a free replacement for any item proven to be damaged in transit.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and nature of our products.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery delays or return-to-sender fees.
